1. Purpose #
This policy says what you may not do with the Service. It applies to content you create, upload, share, or generate, and to actions you ask agents to take.
2. Prohibited content and conduct #
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form, including generated or altered content. Zero tolerance; reported as the law requires (see the Child Safety Policy).
- Content that threatens, harasses, or targets a person or group, or promotes violence, terrorism, or self harm.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, including sharing another person's private information or recording people without lawful consent.
- Fraud, impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, fake reviews, and phishing.
- Malware, intrusion, scraping or automation of sites that forbid it, circumventing access controls or technical protection measures, and abuse of the browser agent or sandbox (for example attacks, mining, spam).
- Spam and bulk unsolicited messages, including through connected email, social, or telephony features. Calling features, if enabled, may not be used for robocalls, harassment, or any call without the consent the law requires.
- Using the Service for regulated high risk decisions about people (employment, credit, housing, insurance, education admission, law enforcement) without the safeguards the law requires.
- Presenting AI output as professional medical, legal, or financial advice to others, or relying on it as such yourself.
- Attempts to bypass credits, rate limits, safety systems, or to extract model internals or other users' data.
- Resale or sharing of account access outside the Family or organization rules.
3. Screen-watching memory and recordings #
Use of screen-watching memory, meeting capture, or any recording requires that you have the right to capture the content and have given every notice and obtained every consent the law and your employer or school require. You may not use these features to monitor another person.
4. Enforcement #
We may warn, remove content, limit features, suspend, or end accounts, and report to authorities where the law requires or permits. We give notice and a way to appeal where practical (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, 2022, where it applies; counsel to confirm). Emergency removal is allowed for child safety and imminent harm.
5. Moderation and intermediary protection #
We review reports and may remove content in good faith. Counsel to confirm how far intermediary protection reaches for user content, generated media, and shared pages (Communications Decency Act of 1996).
6. Reporting #
Use the in-app report control or [ABUSE EMAIL]. Copyright claims go to the DMCA agent. Reports are reviewed in the trust and safety queue; reporters are told the outcome where practical.
